To put the situation of women in our industry into perspective, I can say that I have met many fantastic, well-rounded and determined women who are passionate about the professional projects they are entrusted with. They are often more effective and consistent than many men in very senior positions.

There is a greater openness to diversity in both the IT and entertainment industries. Women are succeeding and moving up the corporate ladder. They bring a lot to the table in terms of skills, and they often speed up a lot of activities with their strong organizational skills and innovative approach to project processes. There are already many women working in our industry as developers, analysts, software engineers, UX/UI designers and project managers.

According to a number of community analysis reports in the IT industry as early as 2023, more than 82% of respondents value the work of women and their contribution to the technology industry. Women are increasingly brave enough to apply for positions that were once the domain of men. This is having a positive impact on young women, who are inspired by the careers and achievements of older female colleagues. And this phenomenon is silencing us as employers.
